Hello,

I've been working on our backend ticket system and also our Chat support system that will be exclusive to our 1337(leet) Collective members - our chat support system gives our 1337 Collective members 24/7(subject to change) access to our Techs, so if you need tech support we will be available that will give you priority over the normal ticket system. Details on how we are providing access to the 1337 collective group in the near future, wanting to provide an affordable system, so we are still researching the best business model.
